The Tamarisk Room - Overlooking Mangrove Bay. Peaked ceiling with pale-wood beams, pink walls. Also terrace seating under white canopy and umbrellas. Buffet and á la carte breakfasts. Four-course dinners with new menu daily and choices such as grilled-vegetable terrine, fish chowder, salad, lamb loin, and dessert. Live music nightly in the summer. In winter, live music on some nights. Dinner dress code is as follows: For men, collard shirts and long trousers or Bermuda shorts with long socks. Closed-toed shoes. Jackets and ties optional. For women, dresses, skirts, or pants. No jeans or cut-off pants.
Long Bay Café - Two open-air, weathered-wood pavilions with white canvas roofs, wood floors, yellow linens, ceiling fans overlooking open ocean. Salads, sandwiches, tropical drinks, and lunch specials such as broiled lobster, grilled fish. Casual beach-barbecue buffet dinners three times weekly.
Port O'Call - Black-timbered seafarers'-type tavern inside and covered-veranda seating outside overlooking Mangrove Bay. Live music for open-air dancing most nights. Complimentary rum-swizzle party Monday nights.
